What to include in a valid notice

• Your full name, organization name if applicable, and a working reply email address.
• The original copyrighted work or works you claim are being infringed.
• The exact ToneMela page URL or URLs you want reviewed or removed.
• A brief explanation of why the material is infringing and what rights you control.
• A good-faith statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the rights holder, agent, or law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

Before you submit

• List exact page URLs. General titles without URLs slow review.
• If the notice covers multiple pages, include the full list in the details box.
• For non-copyright questions, use our contact page instead of the DMCA form.

Counter-notice and repeat policy

If material is removed in response to a notice and the affected party believes that happened in error, we may request a counter-notice with enough detail to evaluate reinstatement where appropriate. Repeated or abusive infringement reports, uploads, or account activity may result in removal or restriction.
